Furnitalia, official partner of Poltrona Frau in the Philippines, invites you to take part in a prestigious initiative that celebrates exceptional design and the professionals behind it. Whether it's a refined residence or a prestigious office, we're looking for interiors where Poltrona Frau has helped create a sophisticated and memorable atmosphere.

Contest theme

1. Contest Overview

This contest is organized by Furnitalia, Official Poltrona Frau authorized distributor in Philippines to identify and celebrate outstanding architectural projects that features Poltrona Frau creations. Projects will be submitted via photo entries, collected by our official distributor. Judging will be conducted internally by Poltrona Frau representatives.

The winning project will be included in the next release of the Poltrona Frau Lookbook.

2. Eligibility

Open to architects, architecture firms, and interior designers based in the Philippines
The public interested can register as “individual” or “group”
Submissions must be made through this link furnitalia.com.ph
Each participant may submit up to 2 projects.

3. Submission Process

All photo entries must be submitted through this link furnitalia.com.ph by October 30, 2026.
The distributor is responsible for collecting, organizing, and forwarding entries to Poltrona Frau
Each submission must include:
- High-resolution images (minimum 300 DPI, .tiff format, base 30 cm)
- Project title and location
- Short description of the project (max 400 characters with spaces)
- Architect/Firm name and contact information
- Optional: short video of the architect or designer, format 16:9, FULL HD 1920 x 1080 px

4. Photo Guidelines

Minimum of 7 and maximum of 12 photos per project (including 2 images of the building's exterior)
Images of the interiors, both in horizontal and vertical format
At least 2 images of the exterior, building where the project is located
Photos must showcase the project’s architectural features, use of materials, highlighting how the Architect or Interior Designer used Poltrona Frau items
Only original, copyright-cleared images are allowed (no watermarks)
Images must not be digitally manipulated beyond basic corrections
Photos must be taken professionally using professional equipment (smartphones are not allowed)

Contest Jury

Judging Criteria

An internal and external panel of Poltrona Frau staff will evaluate submissions based on the following criteria:

a. Presence of Poltrona Frau Products (30%)
Assessment of how many Poltrona Frau products are featured in the project.

b. Design Excellence and Product Integration (30%)
Evaluation of the architectural design and how effectively Poltrona Frau products are integrated and highlighted within the overall project.

c. Creativity and Innovation (25%)
Assessment of how creatively and originally Poltrona Frau products are used to enhance the project concept.

d. Photographic Quality (15%)
Evaluation of the quality, composition, and professionalism of the submitted images.

Judging Process

Judging will take place from December 16,2026 to January 15, 2027
All entries will be anonymized for fairness
Finalists and winners will be notified by February 2027

Prizes and Recognition

Selected projects will be featured in Poltrona Frau's Lookbook, social media, and website
Winners may be invited to attend an awards event in Manila at Furnitalia showroom in 2027 – details will be communicated separately
Winners will receive a personalized Poltrona Frau item

Terms & Conditions

By entering, participants grant Poltrona Frau the right to use submitted images and project details for marketing, promotion, and editorial purposes
For this reason, each participant must submit the “ IMAGES RELEASE FORM ” duly signed
Participants must have secured all necessary rights and permissions for submitted content
Poltrona Frau reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not meet these rules or is deemed inappropriate
By applying to this contest, the participant agrees to give the consensus to Poltrona Frau to collect and use his/her personal information, according to the Poltrona Frau Privacy Policy ( B2B privacy policy)
